线形绿色空间作为健康城市资源的机遇与挑战

CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES OF LINEAR URBAN GREEN SPACES AS STRATEGIC RESOURCES FOR THE HEALTH CITY

随着健康意识的提高及相关资源投入的快速增长,如何通过优化城市空间来提高公共健康水平已成为健康中国与健康城市建设的重要议题。除了持续重视面状绿色空间之外,具有连续性和联系性特征的线形绿色空间不仅在保护自然生态与历史文化资源方面具有较高的效率,也在推动社会公共健康方面具有战略性的作用与潜力。2010年,从广东发起并逐渐拓展至全国的绿道运动,以及由此产生的自行车复兴与郊野慢行系统的建设,已进行了相当广泛、充分的探索性实践。这虽对健康城市议题起到了启蒙的促进作用,但仍表现出高度依赖交通廊道的特征,在一定程度上反映了当前线形开敞空间资源未被系统地提升到健康城市化的战略高度,高度破碎化的绿色空间与过度人工化的规划设计是制约线形绿色空间发挥健康效益的主要因素。本文提出应加大绿色空间健康干预策略的应用,形成以健康、舒适、安全为导向的城市绿色廊道系统。

While the awareness of and the investment on public health arose, how to improve public health through the urban environment become a key topic in the development of health China and health city. As an efficient approach in protecting ecological and cultural resources, linear green spaces can also serve as a strategic policy in promoting public health. From this perspective, the greenway development could be valuable references. The greenway movement was initiated in Guangdong in 2010 and it is now state-wide implemented. Greenways show explorative efforts in promoting healthy spaces. However, the greenways are also characterized by the high proportion of transportation function, which reflect the lack of healthy concerns in current urban development. The key issues are the fragmented greenspace and overdesigned landscape. In the end, this paper suggests that Urban Green Space Intervention for linear urban green spaces are needed. It further proposes the health corridor, which highlights the health, comfort and security of linear green spaces.
