摘要
本文以铜仁市妇幼保健医院老院区改扩建项目为例,以总体规划及建设次序为切入点,剖析医院现有交通流线的问题,对症下药,提出可结合山地特点,开展立体交通组织的设计方法。从就诊流线及车行流线各自的特征出发,引入立体交通概念,深入分析医院的各类交通组织,形成山地医院特有的交通组织体系。从而对看似不利的山地地形因素进行充分利用,打造平地医院不具备的立体交通组织体系,做到人车分流、医患分流、洁污分流、内外部分流。
Taking the reconstruction and expansion project of the old district of Tongren Women and Children's Hospital as an example, this paper takes the overall planning and construction sequence as the starting point, analyzes the problems of the existing traffic streamlines in the hospital, and proposes the design method of developing three-dimensional traffic organization by combining the characteristics of mountain regions according to the situation. From the respective characteristics of the treatment streamlines and traffic streamlines, the concept of three-dimensional traffic is introduced and various traffic organizations of the hospital are analyzed in a deeply manner to form a unique traffic organization system for hilly hospitals. Thus, the seemingly unfavorable mountain terrain factors are made full use of and the three-dimensional traffic organization system that is not available in the flatland hospitals is created to achieve the diversion of people and vehicles, doctors and patients, cleanliness and sewerage, and interior and exterior.
