苏州,苏州——苏州沿海国际中心建设的一段历史(1995～2017年)

本文记录了建筑师在项目进程中、在建筑设计各制约因素之间如何寻求平衡,以期为类似设计提供借鉴。通过对苏州沿海国际中心项目20多年建设历程的分析,对在建筑设计与施工中各阶段建筑师的作用进行研究。各制约因素在建筑设计过程中推进了项目的发展,在大型项目的进行中遇到的各种问题是建筑师必须面对与解决的。为了项目的完成和建筑师的社会责任,在建筑技术、建筑美学与使用功能之间适当的妥协,是为了更好地前进。

This paper mainly elaborates how architects achieve the balance among various constraints of architectural design in the projects, in order to provide the reference for similar designs. Through the analysis of over-20-year history of project construction of Suzhou Coastal International Center, the paper studies the role architects play at each stage during architectural design and construction. Different constraints have promoted the project development in architectural design, where various issues encountered in large-scale projects must be faced and settled by the architects. For the completion of project and architect＇s social responsibility, it is for better advancement to achieve proper compromise among technologies, aesthetics and functions of the architecture.
