1例小牛血去蛋白提取物致极重度血小板减少症的用药分析

Analysis of Drug Usage of a Patient with Deproteinized Calf Blood Extractives Induced Extremely Severe Thrombocytopenia

目的:探讨临床药师参与血小板极重度减少患者的药物治疗作用。方法:临床药师通过参与1例极重度血小板减少患者的治疗过程,对患者在抗凝、抗血小板药物及药物不良反应等方面从药学的角度提出治疗意见,并提供个体化药学服务。结果:临床药师协助医师及时发现并解决患者血小板极重度减少的问题,合理选择抗凝、抗血小板药物,提高患者的治疗效果。结论:临床药师深入临床,为临床合理化用药提供药学方面专业性建议,降低药物不良反应的发生率。

Objective： To explore the pharmacotherapeutic effect of clinical pharmacist on extremely severe thrombocytopenia. Methods： Clinical pharmacist participated in the therapy for a case of extremely severe thrombocytopenia and provide therapeutic advice from the perspective of pharmacy in anticoagulation,antiplatelet drugs and adverse drug reactions etc,and provided individualized pharmaceutical care. Results： Clinical pharmacist helped physicians chose proper anticoagulation and antiplatelet drugs and timely solving the problems of medication,the therapeutic effect for the patient was improved. Conclusion： Clininal pharmacist involved in clinical work,provide professional therapeutic advice from the perspective of pharmacy,guarantee the safety of drugs and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions through providing pharmaceutical care of talking patients as center.
