摘要
在传统的接触式温度传感器中,由于探头和被测量物直接接触,需要频繁拆卸探头进行检修,极容易导致探头损坏。本设计中提供了一种技术方案,无需探头直接与水箱通过螺纹连接,而是利用螺母与导杆发生螺纹运动,推动压杆,使探头本体离开水箱,这种拆卸简单快捷,从而避免频繁检修导致普通探头螺纹损坏,导致探头报废的情况。
In the traditional contact temperature sensor,the probe needs to be disassembled frequently for maintenance due to the direct contact between the probe and the measured object,which is very easy to cause damage to the probe. This design provides a technical solution,without having to probe directly with water tank through the threaded connections,but using the nut thread with guide rod movement,push the lever,make the probe body leave the water tank,which is easy and quick to disassemble,so as to avoid frequent maintenance resulting in ordinary probe thread damage,leading to probe scrap.
