股骨粗隆间骨折钢板内固定与PFNA内固定之间的疗效比较

Comparison of Curative Effect Between Plate Internal Fixation and PFNA Internal Fixation for Intertrochanteric Fracture

目的:评价钢板内固定、PFNA (股骨近端抗旋髓内钉)内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法:选择万载县中医院2016年1月-2017年12月期间收治的50例股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随机分为观察组(采用综合治疗方案)和对照组(采用钢板内固定治疗方案)。对比二组股骨粗隆间骨折患者髋关节功能情况以及手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复时间。结果:观察组患者手术时间、骨折愈合时间、术后负重所需时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后髋关节功能恢复优良率占比高于对照组,P <0. 05。结论:PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折术后髋关节功能恢复良好、损伤小、恢复时间短,优势显著。

Objective： Assessing therapeutic efficacy of plate internal fixation and proximal femoral nail（ PFNA）fixation for intertrochanteric fracture. Method： We collected fifty patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures,who were treated at Wanzai County Chinese Medicine Hospitalfrom January 2016 to December 2017. The patients were randomly divided into observational group（ implementing comprehensive treatment） and control group（ implementing plate internal fixation treatment）. Function of hip joint,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative recovery timewere compared between the two groups of intertrochanteric fractures. Result： The operational time,fracture healing time and time before postoperative weight-bearing of the observational group were shorter than those of the control group. The intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group. The proportion of excellent hip function recovery after operation was higher than that of the control group,P 0. 05. Conclusion： PFNA internal fixation for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures has assets such as advanced hip function recovery,slight damage,short recovery time and other significant advantages.
