摘要
OBE(成果导向教育)理念已被我国高等工程教育界普遍接受,并尝试在经管类人才培养中予以推广。国内大学教育应当以OBE理念为指引,以计量经济学教学改革为对象,在厘清国内外高校计量经济学教学改革现状的基础上,分析将OBE理念引入计量经济学课程教学的意义,并从培养目标、教学内容、教学方法和考核方式4个方面设计OBE改革的具体内容,以彻底解决"教师难教、学生难学"的局面。
OBE (Outcome Based Education) concept is generally accepted by the circle of higher engineering education in China, and piloted to promote in training of talents in economic management majors. Domestic university education should be guided by OBE concept, take econometrics as the object of teaching reform, analyze the significance of introducing OBE concept in teaching of econometrics course based upon untangling status quo of econometrics teaching reform by universities at home and abroad, design concrete contents of OBE reform in four aspects of training objective, teaching content, teaching method and assessment method, so as to remove the situation of "difficulty in teaching and learning sides".
