摘要 伴随着中国经济的飞速发展,以住宅业为主的房地产业已然成为当今中国举足轻重的支柱性产业。改革开放以来,中国房地产市场取得了长足发展,在经过房改、土地转让和储备制度完善等历程后,基本实现了住房商品化和社会化,人民居住条件得到了显著改善。然而,高房价给居民生活带来的压力、炒房现象严重、房地产经济过热等问题对经济社会的影响不容小觑,值得社会各界密切关注。针对这些问题,我国进行了多次房地产市场调控,取得了明显成效。要坚持"房子是用来住的、不是用来炒的"定位,坚守为人民谋幸福的初心,牢牢把握住房制度改革的正确方向,高度重视房地产泡沫等问题,推动中国房地产市场持续健康发展。 With rapid development of Chinese economy, real estate industry with residence estate as the core has already become a leverage pillar industry in China today. Since the reform and opening-up, Chinese real estate market has developed significantly, basically realized housing commercialization and socialization, and remarkably improved people' s housing condition following the courses of housing system reform, improvement of land transfer and reverse system etc. However, social problems, such as the residents' living pressure from skyrocketing housing price, risky property speculation, overheated real estate economy etc, leading to dramatic impact on economic society not to be neglected, such problems should be paid close attention by all circles. To deal with these problems, Chinese government has initiated many rounds of real estate market regulation, with significant outcome. We should maintain the orientation of "the house is used for living instead of speculation", stay true to our mission of seeking happiness for the people, firmly hold the right direction of reform in housing system, highly value the problems of real estate bubble etc, to drive Chinese real estate market for sustainable and healthy development.
