摘要
某核电站大修发现,给水泵组增压泵泵轴与机械密封轴套配合处有不同程度的腐蚀,存在设备可靠性隐患。通过理论分析和现场检查确认腐蚀现象为缝隙腐蚀,对缝隙腐蚀形成机理进行分析,并提出改进措施防止腐蚀再次发生。
In the overhaul of a nuclear power plant, it is found that there is varying degrees of corrosion in the joint of the booster pump shaft and mechanical seal sleeve of the feed water pump unit, and there is hidden danger of equipment reliability. Through theoretical analysis and on-site inspection, the corrosion phenomenon is confirmed as crevice corrosion. The formation mechanism of crevice corrosion is analyzed, and the improvement measures are put forward to prevent the corrosion from happening again.
