摘要
论文针对核电项目汽轮机在调试启动过程中多次闪发瓦振探头故障报警问题,通过瓦振探头工作原理、信号干扰源、通道传输过程、差异性等全面分析,提出汽轮机瓦振探头故障闪发引发跳机风险的控制措施和问题处理方案,解决了汽轮机瓦振探头闪发的问题,降低了汽轮机跳机风险。
In view of the frequent failure alarm of the flash fault of the vibration probe in the process of debugging steam turbine of a nuclear power project, the paper comprehensively analyzes the working principle of watt-vibratory probe, signal interference source, channel transmission process and difference. It puts forward the control measures and problem solving scheme of the risk of jumping machine caused by the fault flash of turbine tile vibration probe, which can solve the problem of flicker of turbine tile probe, and reduce the jump risk of the turbine.
