The A/C access beam is an important component in the structure, but the problem was found that the access beam deformed in assembling. To solve the problem, causes which may result in the deformation are listed from different aspects. With the exclusive method, the main cause of deformation is found and confirmed in assembling, a solution is proposed and implemented, finally the deformation of access beam is solved.
