Hot issues of endovascular therapy for vascular diseases

血管外科腔内治疗技术发展迅速,极大地促进了我国血管外科的学科发展。血管腔内治疗技术已形成了一个完整的治疗体系,其中包括烟囱技术、开窗技术、八爪鱼技术、分支支架技术在内的多种技术,广泛用于复杂型主动脉夹层、腹主动脉瘤、胸-腹主动脉瘤等疾病的治疗,并取得了良好的疗效。本文总结主动脉弓部疾病、腹主动脉疾病、下肢动脉闭塞性疾病、静脉疾病等方面的腔内治疗热点问题,并对血管外科发展作一展望。

Endovascular techniques develop rapidly, and significantly boost the development of vascular surgery in China. Endovascular technology has developed an integrated therapeutic system, which includes chimney technique, fenestration, octopus technique, and branched stenting, and is widely applied in complex aortic dissection, abdominal aortic aneurysm, thoraco-abdominal aortic aneurysm, and so on, achieving good outcomes. This paper summarize the hot issues of endovascular therapy for aortic arch diseases, abdominal aortic diseases, lower extremity artery diseases, and venous diseases, and to discuss the future, and look into the future of vascular surgery.
