Vocational education produces philosophical soil in the United States instead of Germany. The nature of vocational education is ＂social standard＂ rather than ＂human standard＂. Vocational education lies in the curriculum theory instead of teaching system, which is suitable for curriculum standard rather than syllabus. Vocational education teaching supervision is aiming at the curriculum rather than teaching. This involves the nature of vocational education, goals, standards, content, teaching methods, supervision evaluation, etc. All these need to be guided by the teaching supervision.
