职业教育教学督导“导向”的哲学断想

摘要 职业教育产生的哲学土壤,在美国而不在德国。职业教育的性质是"社会本位"的而非"人本位"的。职业教育在于课程论非教学论体系,适合的是课程标准而非教学大纲。职业教育教学督导的对象是课程,而非教学。这涉及到职业教育的性质、目标、标准、内容、施教方式方法、督导的评价等,都需要教学督导做出明确的指向。 Vocational education produces philosophical soil in the United States instead of Germany. The nature of vocational education is "social standard" rather than "human standard". Vocational education lies in the curriculum theory instead of teaching system, which is suitable for curriculum standard rather than syllabus. Vocational education teaching supervision is aiming at the curriculum rather than teaching. This involves the nature of vocational education, goals, standards, content, teaching methods, supervision evaluation, etc. All these need to be guided by the teaching supervision.
