摘要
随着供给侧结构性改革的持续推进,创新在经济社会发展中的作用日益显著。企业对高职人才的创新能力提出新的要求,但高职目前人才培养存在教学理念缺少创新、教学方法单一、课程设计不合理、资源开发不到位等问题,与企业需求存在一定的差异。在分析企业需求与高职人才培养现状差异的基础上,从坚持市场需求为导向,树立创新教育理念,加强学生综合能力培养,提高专业教师实践水平,加强考核力度等方面提出优化高职人才培养的策略。
With the sustainable development of supply-side structural reform, innovation has been playing an important role in economic and social development. Enterprises put forward new- demand for higher vocational talents' innovative ability. But some problems exist in present higher vocational talent training, such as traditional teaching ideas, monotonous teaching methods, unreasonable curriculum design, and inadequate resource exploitation and so on. Based on the analysis of difference between enterprises' requirements and the present situation of higher vocational talent training, the paper proposes strategies to optimize higher vocational talent cultivation from being oriented by market demand, establishing innovative educational concept, strengthening student comprehensive ability training, improving the practical level of teachers, and enhancing the assessment.
