高职院校实施学徒制存在的问题与对策探析

现代学徒制是实现培养应用型技能人才的重要途径,但在实施过程中存在着学生素质、教学管理、产教融合、政策法规、师傅资质和考评体系等方面问题。高职院校要加大学徒制人才培养模式的宣传,增强学生的职业规划意识;制定配套制度,实行科学管理;深化校企合作,促进校企双方共赢;国家参与,完善学徒制运行的保障机制;立足实际,完善企业师资;完善现代学徒制考核评价体系。

Modern apprenticeship is an important way to cultivate applied skilled talents. There are still many problems in the implementation process, which are student qualities, teaching management, production and education integration, policies and regulations, master qualifications and evaluation system, etc. Higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the publicity of apprenticeship talent cultivation mode, enhance the professional plan awareness of students; formulate supporting system, conduct scientific management; deepen school-enterprise cooperation, promote the win-win of colleges and enterprises; perfect the guarantee mechanism of apprenticeship participated by the state; perfect enterprise teachers based on reality; perfect the evaluation system of modern apprenticeship.
