辽宁装备制造职业教育集团基于跨界共生理论进行管理机制建设,以构建产学研共生发展的深度协作机制为目标,实现校校跨界、校企跨界、政校跨界,形成职教集团内部共生、人才共育、基地共建、信息互通、成果共享的管理机制,充分调动集团成员参与集团化办学的积极性、主动性和创造性,增强集团化办学凝聚力和发展竞争力,构建先进的可推广的示范性职业教育集团集团化办学管理机制。

Liaoning Equipment Manufacturing Vocational Education Group builds a management mechanism based on the theory of crossover symbiosis, with the goal of constructing an in-depth collaboration mechanism for the development of symbiosis between industry, education and research, to achieve school-school crossover, school-enterprise crossover, government-school crossover, and form the management mechanism of internal symbiosis, joint training of talents, joint building of training base, interactive message, and achievement sharing.
