风险应对策略在顶岗实习风险管理中的应用

The Application of Risk Response Strategies in Internship Risk Management

风险应对是高职院校顶岗实习风险管理的重要环节。由于顶岗实习过程中存在的风险因素、风险性质、风险影响、风险损失等略有不同,所采取的风险应对策略也会不尽相同。由此,在风险应对策略内涵分析的基础上,从理论和实例两方面对顶岗实习风险管理中如何运用风险应对策略进行说明,并对顶岗实习中常见的各类风险问题应采取的适当的应对策略给出建议。

Risk response is an important part of risk management of internship in higher vocational colleges. Because of the slight differences in risk factors, risk nature, risk impact, and risk loss during the internship, the risk response strategies to be adopted will also be different. Therefore, based on the analysis of the connotation of risk response strategies, this paper explains how to apply risk response strategies in the risk management of internship from both theory and cases, and provides appropriate advice on various types of risk issues commonly encountered in internship.
