摘要
高职院校教师是校企合作的重要实践者,其是否具有校企合作的能力直接影响校企合作的广度、深度甚至成败。近些年来,国家围绕高职院校教师专业发展制度机制建设、政策等提出了一些宏观要求,学术界的理论研究和高职院校的实践探索也取得了一定成果,但在政策落实、理论研究和实践探索方面还存在诸多不足。通过梳理,提出高职院校教师专业发展制度建立的思路。
Teachers in higher vocational colleges are important practitioners of school-enterprise cooperation. Whether they have the ability of school-enterprise cooperation directly affects the breadth, depth and even success or failure of school-enterprise cooperation. In recent years, the state has put forward some macro-requirements around the construction of the system and mechanism of teachers' professional development in higher vocational colleges, and some achievements have been made in academic research and practical exploration in higher vocational colleges. However, there are still many deficiencies in policy implementation, theoretical research and practical exploration. Through teasing out the problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions.
