Master the technology of vaginal delivery to reduce mother and infant injury

摘要 围分娩期的管理是产科学的核心要素,围绕分娩而产生的各项技术及其演变与进步,都是产科学发展吏中的重要组成。产房技术指围绕促进自然分娩、安全分娩的各项产科操作技术,主要是产程监护中早期识别胎儿宫内异常,及时干预安全娩出胎儿和针对母体产伤积极修复等,包括产时电子胎心监护判读、阴道助产术、会阴Ⅲ/Ⅳ度裂伤缝合术、扃难产处理及以新生儿科为主导的新生儿复苏等。重视产房技术的掌握及规范应用是保障母婴安全的关键。
