摘要
人工破膜是一项古老的产科技术,距今已有百年历史,作为一项诱发或促进产程的干预措施在临床中广泛应用。近年来随着新产程理论的提出,妇产科医生和助产士对于人工破膜的应用有了新的理解。本文从人工破膜的历史、现状以及目前存在的热点争议问题进行探讨。
Artificial rupture of membranes, an obstetric technique with a long history of a hundred years, has been widely used in clinical practice to induce or accelerate labor. In recent years, as the theory of new labor is proposed, obstetricians and midwives have new understandings in the application of artificial rupture of membranes. This paper discusses the history, current situation and hot issues of artificial rupture of membranes.
