摘要
本科生科研是研究型大学培养创新人才的重要途径,教学范式的转换引起教师角色的转型,教师角色的转型发生在教与学、教学与学术两对关系中。从建构主义视角看,教师是本科生科研学习环境中的促进者与指导者,也是本科生科研共同体中的助学者与学习者。
Undergraduate research is an important way to cultivate innovative talents in research universities. The transformation of teaching paradigm leads to the transformation of teacher role. The transformation of teacher role takes place in the relationship between teaching and learning, teaching and academics. From a constructivism perspective, teachers are promoters and directors for undergraduate research environment, and are also helpers and learners in undergraduate research community.
