摘要
城市化的快速推进使西安市的居住区建筑密度也随之快速增大,日照时间不充足、自然通风情况差等一系列问题逐渐出现。其中,室外风环境是影响建筑能耗、人们生活环境品质,乃至行人安全的重要因素。因此,本文通过Phoenics软件对西安市居住区风环境进行模拟,同时对模拟结果进行分析研究,结合GB/T 50378-2014《绿色建筑评价标准》对室外行人高度风环境进行定量评估,针对居住区风环境对建筑的布局分布影响提出了相应的改进建议,为在建筑设计阶段改善室外风环境提供理论依据。
Due to the rapid development of urbanization, the density of residential buildings in Xi'an has also increased rapidly, leading to a series of concerns such as insufficient sunshine time, poor natural ventilation etc. Among them, the outdoor wind environment proves to be an important factor affecting the buildings' energy consumption, people's living quality, and even pedestrian safety. In this paper, the wind environment of residential areas is simulated by phoenics(a kind of software), and the simulation results are analyzed accordingly. With the Assessment Standard for Green Building, the high-level wind environment for pedestrians outdoor is evaluated quantitatively. The paper proposes corresponding suggestions of improvement targeting the influences that wind environment of residential areas plays on the layout and distribution of residential buildings, which provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of outdoor wind environment in the architectural design stages.
