摘要 提出了一种套管井注采一体化工艺技术。该工艺技术先通过?193.68mm套管进行完井,再通过注采一体化工艺进行油田开发;?193.68mm套管能降低钻完井成本,注采一体化工艺能降低油田开发中修井成本。注采一体化工艺由分采工艺和分注工艺组成,分采工艺可实现油井大排量分层开采和动态监测的需求;分注工艺可实现不同产层的分注需求。井下模拟试验结果表明,井下工具性能良好;工艺管柱起下顺利、无遇卡;分采工艺和分注工艺的转换顺畅。?193.68mm套管井注采一体化工艺扩展了现有分注和分采技术,实现油田开发的降本增效。 An injection and production integrated process technology for casing well was introduced. The technology focuses on well completion by utilizing Ф93. 68 mm casing and the oilfield development through the integrated injection and production process. The integrated injection and production technology consists of separate layer production and separate injection process. The cost of drilling and completion could be re duced by application of the Ф193. 68 mm casing and the cost of well workover could be also reduced by inte grated production process. The demand for large-displacement layered production and dynamic monitoring of oil wells could be realized by the separate layer production and the injection requirements of different layers could be achieved by the separate injection process. The results of downhole simulation test show that the performance of the downhole tool is acceptable with the smooth string trip running and there is no sticking with a smooth conversion between separate layer production and separate injection. The well injection and production integrated technology with Ф193. 68 mm casing supplements the current existing injection and production technology and achieves the cost reduction and efficiency enhancement during oilfield develop ment.
