南海区小型水利工程管理体制改革后评估研究

Post Evaluation Study on Reform of Small Water Conservancy Project Management System in Nanhai District

佛山市南海区作为广东省选定的2个国家级改革试点县之一,代表了珠三角经济发达地区。南海区于2014年底完成了改革任务并通过了绩效评价,按照新的管护模式已正常运行满3 a,形成了可复制、可推广的改革经验,对我省深化小型水利工程管理体制改革攻坚具有较好的借鉴作用。

Comprehensively deepening reform was an important measure for Guangdong to promote rural revitalization strategy,and selected by Guangdong Province. Nanhai District Foshan City was one of the two national reform pilot counties, which represented the economically developed regions of the Pearl River Delta. Nanhai District completed the reform task and passed the performance evaluation at the end of 2014, and the new management mode has been operated normally for 3 years,finally, a reformable and scalable reform experience is formed, which has a good reference for the deepening of the reform of the management system for small-scale water conservancy projects in Guangdong Province.
