土石坝安全监测系统设计存在的几个问题

Several Problems in the Design of Safety Monitoring System for Earth Rock-Fill Dams

巡视检查、渗流和变形是土石坝最为重要的安全监测项目,但在实际的大坝安全监测系统设计中,设计人员常常忽略巡视检查项目的设置;对渗流监测的目的不明确,造成测点设置不合理;对变形监测原理和测量方法把握不准,致使系统不符合要求。结合土石坝情况及相关规程规范,提出几个设计要点供相关人员参考。

There are more than 98000 reservoirs have been built in China, a90% are earth rock dams. Inspection, seepage and deformation monitoring are very important for the safety of earth rock dams. However, the setting of inspection items was and still is under played. There is considerable ambiguity about the purpose of the seepage monitoring, thus the setting of measurement points are illogical. The observation system of deformation might be invalidated for the deformation monitoring principle and measurement method. According to the situation of earth rock dams and relevant regulations, several design essentials are put forward as references for relevant personnel.
