摘要
目的探索模拟培训结合形成性评价教学体系在助产培训中的可行性及效果。方法研究组为我院参加当地医院类母婴保健技术服务人员执业许可技术考核的医师及助产士15人,对照组为当地市区其他医院未参加模拟培训的同期考核学员15人,两组人员同期进行理论学习。对两组人员进行总结性评价,收集、整理分析两组学员理论及操作成绩,收集、分析参加培训学员对培训项目的反馈表。结果研究组与对照组的学员组成、理论成绩对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);研究组的操作成绩为(93.7±3.1)分,高于对照组的(80.6±9.2)分,且差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组学员均认为此次培训有针对性、有利于技能掌握并值得推广。结论从操作考核成绩以及通过调查问卷分析可见,模拟培训结合形成性评价教学体系能有效提高操作技能,有利于助产技能的掌握;同时医务人员对此教学方式认同肯定、建议推广,但模拟培训及形成性评价教学体系的普及率还不够高,需要产科教育工作者的进一步努力。
Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of simulation training combined with formative assessment teaching system in midwifery training. Methods The study group, from our hospital 15 doctors and midwives were examined for the technical examination of the practice license of maternal and child health care technical service personnel in the local hospital. The control group was 15 students who had not participated in the simulation training at the same time in the other hospitals of the same city, and the two groups were learning theoretically at the same time. The two groups were evaluated, the theory and operation results of the two groups were collected and analyzed, and the feedback form of the trainees to the training program was collected and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the composition and theoretical results between the study group and the control group (P 〉 0.05), and the operation score of the study group (93.7±3.1) points was signifcantly higher than that of the control group (80.6±9.2) points, and the difference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Both groups agreed that the training was targeted, conducive to skill mastery and worthy of promotion. Conclusion From the results of operation assessment and the analysis of questionnaires, it can be seen that the combination of simulated training and formative assessment teaching system can effectively improve the operation skills, which is conducive to the mastery of midwifery skills. At the same time, medical staff agree with and recommend the promotion of this teaching method, but the popularization rate of simulation training and formative assessment teaching system is not high enough, which requires the further efforts of our obstetrical education workers.
