摘要 目的探讨"微课"在重症监护病房(ICU)教学查房中的应用。方法选取2017年9月—2018年8月在我院ICU进行住院医师规范化培训的医师60名作为研究对象。将其随机分为两组,即传统教学查房组(对照组,n=30)和微课教学查房组(实验组,n=30),在查房结束后采用自行设计的学习能力问卷调查表进行调查,从而评估两组规培医师的学习能力。结果通过对60名规培医师查房后能力评价问卷反馈调查,实验组规培医师自主学习的能力、语言沟通和表达能力、问题分析和解决能力、临床思维能力、PPT制作能力、文献检索能力、专业知识的理解能力、理论联系实际的能力均优于对照组;组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论微课教学法应用于ICU教学查房中,能培养与锻炼规培医师分析与处理问题的综合能力,并能激发规培医师的学习能动性,进而提高教学查房的效果,可以弥补传统教学查房的不足,值得在今后的教学工作中完善并推广。 Objective To explore the application of "micro course" in the teaching ward round of ICU. Methods 60 physicians who received standardized resident training in ICU from September 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. They were randomly divided into two groups: the traditional teaching ward round group (control group, n=30) and the micro-class teaching ward round group (experimental group, n=30). A self-designed questionnaire on learning ability was used to assess the learning ability of two groups of trained physicians after ward round. Results A questionnaire survey was conducted among 60 GP doctors after their rounds. The experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of self-learning ability, language communication and expression ability, problem analysis and solution ability, clinical thinking ability, PPT production ability, literature retrieval ability, professional knowledge understanding ability and theory-practice ability. The difference between groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The micro teaching method is applied to ICU teaching rounds, training and exercise training physicians to deal with the problem of analysis and comprehensive ability, learning initiative and stimulate the training of doctors, and improve the effect of teaching rounds, can make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching, which is worth in the future teaching work to improve and promote.
