摘要 目的评价PBL结合EBM教学方法在临床本科实习生中带教的实施效果。方法将临床医学本科实习生分为PBL结合循证医学组(实验组,n=23)及传统教学组(对照组,n=22),对照组按照传统方法带教,实验组学生采用PBL教学结合循证医学讲座。结果实验组学生的文献查阅能力、临床思维能力、知识理解能力、文献评价能力、综述能力、解决问题能力、临床前沿的把握及展望能力优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组学生对于PBL结合循证医学教学方法的认同及兴趣有很大的提高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论PBL结合EBM教学模式在本科临床实习生的带教过程中可以提高学生积极性,激发学生的主动性、创造性,提高知识的综合运用能力。 Objective To evaluate the effect of PBL teaching combined with evidence-based medicine (EBM) for undergraduate interns in clinical teaching. Methods According to different research methods, the clinical medical undergraduate interns of Xuzhou medical university were divided into PBL combined with evidence-based medicine group (experimental group, n=23) and traditional method of teaching group (control group, n=22). The control group were taught with the lecture based learning (LBL), and the experimental group students with PBL teaching, combined with evidence-based medicine. Results The experimental group students' ability of literature review, clinical thinking ability, knowledge, understanding, literature review, review and clinical problem solving skills, ability to prospects of clinical front were better than that of control group, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Through learning of PBL teaching method combined with EBM, the experimental group students, understanding of the clinical knowledge, the solution of the clinical problem and interest in PBL combined with evidence-based medicine teaching methods had greatly improved, the difference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with EBM teaching model can improve students' enthusiasm, stimulate students' initiative and creativity, and improve their comprehensive application ability of knowledge.
