摘要
为提高皮肤科研究生皮肤病理学习水平及应用能力,教师们建立了实践导师制教学模式进行教学,包括建立"一对一实践教学导师制";利用皮肤病理电子管理系统教学;制作皮肤病理教学片;实行讲课制度及考核制度。学生们通过跟班运作学习,自学皮肤病理病例库,自学皮肤病理教学片,小讲课,制作CPC,,牢牢掌握了皮肤病理基本知识,应用能力也大大提高,出科考试成绩优异。师生们对此教学模式反映良好。该教学模式使学生克服了对皮肤病理的恐惧,提高了对皮肤病理的学习兴趣,增加了学生学习的动力,大大提高了学生皮肤病理水平及应用能力,为研究生皮肤病理教学提供可借鉴的经验。
In order to improve the study level and application ability of dermatology postgraduates, teachers establish the teaching mode of practice tutorial system, including the "one-to-one practice tutorial system".Using electronic skin pathology management system to teach, preparation of dermatopathological teaching films;Implement the lecture system and assessment system. As a result, the students learned the basic knowledge of skin pathology by working with the class, learning the case library of skin pathology by themselves, learning the skin pathology teaching tablet by themselves, giving mini lectures and making CPC, and their application ability was greatly improved. Teachers and students respond well to this teaching model. This teaching model enables students to overcome their fear of skin pathology, improve their interest in learning skin pathology, increase their motivation to learn, and greatly improve their professional level and application ability, providing referential experience for postgraduate teaching of skin pathology.
