摘要
《微生物检测技术》是医学生物技术专业的一门专业核心课程,为了充分贯彻专业课程与思政融合理念,体现"思政"营养基因在教学各个环节中的表达,将"思政"营养基因的序列确定为:"辩证思维""生物安全意识""科学的态度""团队合作精神""责任感"等。在教学实施中,以选择PBL教学模式为载体,以学生为宿主,头脑风暴式诱导"思政"营养基因充分、淋漓尽致地表达出来,选择"微信"和"蓝墨云班课"交互平台弥补大班PBL教学的缺陷,全面考核学生的知识技能、人文素养和价值判断。
Microbial detection technology is a professional core course in medical biotechnology. In order to fully implement the concept of integration of professional courses and ideological and political education, and to reflect the expression of "ideological and political" nutritional genes in all aspects of teaching, The sequence of nutritional genes of "ideological and political" was identified as "dialectical thinking", "biosafety consciousness", "scientifc attitude", "team spirit" and "sense of responsibility". In the implementation of teaching, the nutritional genes of "ideological and political education" are fully and vividly expressed by choosing PBL teaching mode as the carrier, taking students as the host and brainstorming induction. Choosing the interactive platform of "Wechat" and "Blue Moyun Class" to make up for the shortcomings of PBL teaching in large classes, and comprehensively assess students' knowledge and skills, humanistic literacy and value judgment.
