生物样本库对临床实习学员创新能力培养的思考

Some Thoughts on the Cultivation of Clinical Innovative Ability of Students by Biological Sample Bank

学员创新能力的培养是医学教育的重点和难点问题。近年来,大型三甲医院纷纷建设生物样本库,成为教学医院新兴的临床科研平台。在本单位教学实践中,发现生物样本库可以起到临床专业本科学员实习的纽带和桥梁作用。将临床中保留下来的组织、血液、分泌物等形式的标本开展科学研究,以样本库为载体,可以让学员大胆的发挥想象力,把临床问题与病理、生化等基础课程知识贯通起来,对临床治疗的全程进行思考,能提出问题、分析问题、选取手段、设计方案,提升其临床科研创新能力。

The cultivation of students＇ innovative ability is a key and diffcult task in medical education. In recent years, large teaching hospitals have built biologic sample banks, and become new clinical research platforms. In our teaching practice, we found that biological sample bank can play a role as a bridge for clinical undergraduates. Scientifc research is carried out in the form of tissue, blood and secretions, which are retained in the clinic practice. The sample bank is used as the carrier, which allows the students to make bold imagination, through the knowledge of the clinical problems and the basic courses of pathology and biochemistry and so on, to think about the whole course of clinical treatment, to put forward problems and analysis, at last, to enhance their clinical creativity.
