摘要
目的探讨留学生在泌尿外科实习中存在的问题及对策,提高留学生临床教学质量。方法选取60人实习留学生,实习期满后进行出科考试,考试成绩与同时期实习的本校七年制学生进行比较。通过问卷调查分析留学生实习带教存在的问题。结果留学生在理论知识、病史采集、平时分三项成绩中得分均低于同届七年制学生组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论留学生在外科实习中存在基础知识薄弱,实习纪律差,语言沟通困难等问题,需要带教教师从自身出发,重视教学质量,提高带教水平。
Objective To explore the problems and countermeasures of foreign students in urology practice, and to improve the quality of clinical teaching for foreign students. Methods 60 international students were selected and examine at end of their internship, by using questionnaires regarding the issues that their encountered during their internship at the department of urology. The results were then compared with those students whom study in the seven-year comprehensive course, which practiced during the same period. Results The scores of international students in theoretical knowledge, medical history collection and daily performance were lower than those whom study in the seven-year comprehensive students, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The international students have some issues in their surgical practice, such as weak basic knowledge, poor practice discipline, language diffculties, and communication issues. Teachers needs pay more attention towards the student’s need, and more self-example in their action, quality of teaching, and to improve the level of their teaching.
