右美托咪定应用于无痛胃镜中的麻醉效果及价值分析

Analysis of Anesthetic Effect and Value of Dexmedetomidine in Painless Gastroscopy

目的探讨右美托咪定应用于无痛胃镜中的麻醉效果及价值分析。方法选取2017年4月—2018年4月到我院接受无痛胃镜检查的患者200例作为研究对象。按照患者使用麻醉药物不同,将其分为观察组与对照组,每组患者各100例。接受丙泊酚麻醉的患者为对照组,接受右美托咪定麻醉的患者为观察组,观察对比两组患者在接受不同的麻醉后的检查时的疼痛评分、检查时间以及苏醒时间。结果观察组患者检查耗时以及苏醒时间均短于对照组患者,观察组患者检查时的疼痛评分较对照组患者低,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在患者接受无痛胃镜检查的过程中,使用右美托咪定进行麻醉,可有效的缩短患者的检查耗时,降低患者的疼痛感觉,且检查完毕后,患者的苏醒时间较快。

Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect and value of dexmedetomidine in painless gastroscopy. Methods 200 cases of patients who received painless gastroscopy from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to their different anesthetic drugs, 100 cases in each group. The pain score, examination time and recovery time of the two groups were observed and compared after different anesthesia examinations. Results The time of examination and recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. The pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the process of painless gastroscopy, dexmedetomidine anesthesia can effectively shorten the examination time and reduce the pain feeling of patients. After the examination, the recovery time of patients is faster.
