Trivex微创在下肢静脉曲张合并急性血栓性浅表静脉炎中的效果分析

Trivex Minimally for the Treatment of Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity With Acute Thrombolysis of Superficial Phlebitis

目的探讨下肢静脉曲张合并急性血栓性浅表静脉炎采取Tricex微创旋切术治疗的临床效果。方法抽取我院2015年1月—2018年1月收治的下肢静脉曲张合并急性血栓性浅表静脉炎患者48例作为研究对象。采用随机数表法,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各24例。对照组接受传统手术治疗,观察组接受Tricex微创旋切术,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者手术时间、手术切口长度、术中出血量、住院时间均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论相比传统手术方案治疗而言,Tricex微创旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张合并急性血栓性浅表静脉炎能更好地控制出血,减少手术时间,且切口更小,术后恢复更快。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Tricex minimally invasive avulsion surgery in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity with acute thrombolysis of superfcial phlebitis. Methods From January 2015 to January 2018, 48 patients with varicose veins of lower extremities complicated with acute thrombophlebitis were selected as subjects. Using random number table method, it was divided into control group and observation group, 24 cases in each group. The control group received traditional surgery. The observation group received Tricex minimally invasive surgery. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, incision length, intraoperative bleeding volume and hospitalization time of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compared to traditional surgical treatment, Tricon minor atherectomy for the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities with acute thrombolysis of superfcial phlebitis can better control the bleeding, reduce the operation time, and the incision is smaller and the postoperative recovery is faster.
