摘要 目的分析冠脉介入治疗冠心病急性心肌梗死的临床疗效及对心室重塑与BNP的影响。方法选取我院收治的冠心病急性心肌梗死患者300例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组各150例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,采取冠脉介入治疗。比较两组治疗前后LVEF、LESV、LEDV、NIHSS评分、BNP变化。结果两组治疗前LVEF、LESV、LEDV、BNP水平、NIHSS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组LVEF与对照组比较明显较高,而LESV、LEDV、BNP水平、NIHSS评分与对照组比较明显较低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论冠脉介入治疗冠心病急性心肌梗死的疗效显著,即可降低BNP水平,改善心室重塑和神经功能。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of coronary intervention in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction in coronary heart disease and its effect on ventricular remodeling and BNP. Methods 300 cases of acute myocardial infarction with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, 150 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment. The observation group was treated with coronary intervention on the basis of routine treatment. The changes of LVEF, LESV, LEDV, NIHSS score and BNP were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no signifcant difference in LVEF, LESV, LED V, BNP level and NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment (P 〉 0.05). After treatment, LVEF in the observation group was signifcantly higher than that in the control group, while LESV, LED V, BNP level and NIHSS score were signifcantly lower than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Coronary interventional treatment of acute myocardial infarction in coronary heart disease has a signifcant effect, which can reduce BNP levels, improve ventricular remodeling and neurological function.
