某院2017年质子泵抑制剂预防应激性溃疡的合理性分析

Analysis of the Rationality of Prevention of Stress Ulcer by Proton Pump Inhibitor in a Hospital in 2017

目的分析某院2017年质子泵抑制剂预防应激性溃疡的合理性情况。方法抽取某院2017年2—12月我院使用PPIs病例共计277份开展研究,分析明确指征用药以及预防性用药情况,分析结果。结果在所有病例中,明确指征用药者共计144例,预防性使用药物共计133例。在所有药物类别中,奥美拉唑使用人数最多,共计100例,第二为注射用泮托拉唑,共计80例,就药物不合理使用原因方面来看,预防性使用药物的133例患者中,不合理用药共计68例,占预防性使用药物总数的51.13%。在预防性用药不合理案例中,用药指征问题最突出。结论某院2017年PPIs预防性使用中,存在不合理用药情况,医院相关部门应加大监管力度,避免出现不良情况。

Objective To analyze the rationality of preventing stress ulcer in a hospital in 2017. Methods A total of 277 cases of PPIs in our hospital from February to December 2017 were extracted and analyzed, and the results were analyzed. Results In all cases, there were 144 cases of defnite indications, and 133 cases were prophylactic. Of all drug categories, omeprazole was the largest number of users in 100 cases. The second is 80 cases of pantoprazole for injection. For reasons of irrational use of drugs, among 133 cases of preventive drug use, 68 cases were irrational, accounting for 51.13% of the total preventive drug use. In the irrational cases of preventive medication, the problem of medication indications is the most prominent. Conclusion In the prophylactic use of PPIs in a hospital in 2017, irrational drug use exists. The relevant departments of the hospital should strengthen supervision to avoid adverse situations.
