Application of Equipment Management Program Table in Management of External Instruments in Disinfection Supply Center

目的器械管理程序表在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中的应用。方法调取我院2015年10月—2016年10月的工作资料,设为对照组,分析消毒供应中心外来器械管理问题,应用器械管理程序表给予记录,并拟定优化措施,在我院2016年11月—2017年11月的管理工作中应用该表,设为观察组。对比两组管理效果和工作满意度。结果从两组的管理结果上看,观察组清洁、消毒合格率、保存完整率、缺失率分别为97.08%、96.90%、0.36%,对照组三项指标分别为90.72%、89.05%、3.53%。同时,医护人员对观察组工作的满意度为95.74%,高于对照组的82.98%,组间数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论器械管理程序表在消毒供应中心外来器械管理中的应用价值突出。

Objective The application of instrument management program in the management of external instruments in disinfection supply center. Methods The data of our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the control group. To analyze the management problems of external instruments in disinfection and supply center, record them with instrument management program sheet and draw up optimization measures. In the management work of our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017, it was used as observation group. The management effects and job satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results From the management results of the two groups, the qualified rate of cleanliness, disinfection, preservation integrity and deletion rate of the observation group were 97.08%, 96.90% and 0.36% respectively. The three indexes in the control group were 90.72%, 89.05% and 3.53% respectively.At the same time, the satisfaction of the medical staff to the work of the observation group was 95.74%, which was higher than that of the control group （82.98%）, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of instrument management program in the management of external instruments in the disinfection supply center is outstanding.
