敏感指标在脑卒中患者早期康复护理质量持续改进中的应用

Application of Sensitive Indicators in the Continuous Improvement of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Quality of Stroke Patients

目的探讨康复护理专科质量敏感指标在脑卒中患者早期康复护理质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法随机抽取2018年2—4月我院神经内科一病区进行了早期康复护理介入的脑卒中患者30例,列入观察组。随机抽取同时间段我院神经内科二病区进行了早期康复护理介入的脑卒中患者30例,列入对照组。观察组与对照组所在病区护士均按照抗痉挛体位摆放的要求落实护理工作。同时,将抗痉挛体位摆放的正确率纳入观察组病区的护理质量管理指标。比较两组患者的抗痉挛体位摆放正确率、患者满意度。结果比较两组患者的患者满意度、抗痉挛体位摆放正确率,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将康复护理专科质量敏感指标应用于脑卒中患者早期康复护理质量持续改进中,能提高抗痉挛体位摆放正确率,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality sensitive index of rehabilitation nursing in early rehabilitation nursing quality of stroke patients. Methods 30 cases of cerebral apoplexy were randomly selected from February to April 2018 in one area of neurology department of our hospital were randomly selected, which were included in the observation group. 30 patients with stroke in the two ward of the department of neurology in our hospital during the same period of time were randomly selected and were included in the control group. The nurses in the ward of the observation group and the control group performed nursing work according to the requirements of anti spasmodic position. At the same time, the correct rate of anti spasmodic body position was included in the nursing quality management index of the ward of the observation group. The correct rate of patients＇ spasticity and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Comparing the two groups of patients with satisfaction, the correct rate of anti-spasm posture placement, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of the quality sensitive index of rehabilitation nursing specialist to the continuous improvement of the early rehabilitation nursing quality of stroke patients can improve the correct rate of anti spasmodic posture and improve the patient＇s satisfaction.
