系统护理对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇疾病知识及妊娠结局的影响

The Effect of Systematic Nursing Intervention on Disease Knowledge and Pregnancy Outcome of Pregnant Women With Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的研究系统护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇疾病知识掌握程度及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月我院诊治的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇117例作为观察组,选取同期我院诊治的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇110例作为对照组。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上,实施系统护理干预。比较两组孕妇妊娠期糖尿病疾病知识掌握情况及妊娠结局。结果干预后,观察组孕妇糖尿病基本知识、饮食治疗、运动疗法、血糖监测、常见并发症等掌握情况均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组妊娠期早产、巨大儿、新生儿窒息、新生儿低血糖发生率及剖宫产率均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论系统护理干预可提高妊娠期糖尿病孕妇对疾病相关知识的掌握程度,减少不良妊娠结局。

Objective To study the effects of systematic nursing intervention on disease knowledge and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 117 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the observation group. 110 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital were selected as control group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention. The observation group, on the basis of routine nursing intervention, received systematic nursing intervention. The degree of grasping knowledge of gestational diabetes mellitus and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the basic knowledge of diabetes, diet treatment, exercise therapy, blood glucose monitoring and common complications of the observation group were better than the control group. The difference was statistical signifcance （P〈0.05）.The incidence of preterm pregnancy, macrosomia, neonatal asphyxia,neonatal hypoglycemia and cesarean section in the observation group werelower than those in control group, the difference was statistical signifcance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention could improve thesituation of disease knowledge of pregnant women with gestational diabetesmellitus to reduce the adverse pregnancy outcomes.
