天津滨海高新区核心区高新技术企业现状分析

Status Analysis of High-tech Enterprises in Core Area of Tianjin Binhai Hi-tech Zone

创新是结构调整和转型升级的根本动力,而高新技术企业作为高新技术产业发展和战略性新兴产业培育的主体,其创新发展能力,与经济持续发展情况密切相关,也关系到其他目标的实现。以天津滨海高新区核心区高新技术企业为研究对象,通过开展2017年天津滨海高新区火炬统计工作得到的第一手数据,从高新技术企业发展情况、经营状况、人力资源情况、科技活动投入情况等方面全面分析其发展状况,以期为政府科技管理提供数据参考与支撑。

Innovation is the fundamental driving force for structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading,and high-tech enterprises（hereinafter referred to as ＂high-tech enterprises＂）,as the main body for the development of high-tech industries and the cultivation of strategic emerging industries,are related to the realization of other goals. This paper takes the high enterprises in the core area of tianjin Binhai Hi-tech Zone as the research object. Based on the first-hand data ob-tained from the torch statistics of Tianjin Binhai Hi-tech Zone in 2017,this paper comprehensively analyzes the develop-ment of hi-tech enterprises from three aspects,including the development status of hi-tech enterprises,operation status HR status and Sci. ＆ Tech,Activities Investment,in order to provide data support for government science and technologypolicy and management.
