醋酸废铑泥消解制备三氯化铑工艺分析及优化

Process Optimization of Preparation of Trichloride Rhodium with Rhodium Waste

通过对醋酸装置中失活析出的废铑泥进行纯化除杂,解决了醋酸废铑泥中杂质金属偏高的问题,同时对废铑泥进行消解回收制备三氯化铑工艺进行验证分析。总结其影响因素,提出醋酸废"铑泥"消解制备三氯化铑的优化条件。

The inactivated rhodium mud waste precipitation in acetic acid plant is purified,thus resoving the problem of high impurities in the mud. The process of trichloride rhodium preparation with rhodium mudwaste is tested and analazed. The influencing factors are summarized and the optimization conditions are proposed.
