Teaching Practice of Professional Teachers as Undergraduate Class Ditectors

大学本科教育是高等教育中的核心环节,也是大学生人生观、价值观、世界观形成的关键时期。本文从大学本科教育中专业课教师的视角出发,结合东南大学信息科学与工程学院教学改革实践,探讨专业课教师担任班主任所起的作用。同时,利用"场"的概念,从班级风气、小团队氛围以及个人发展几方面,分析了班主任对班级、团体以及个人的影响。

Undergraduate education is an essential part in high education,and also the key period for the formationof undergraduate students＇ outlook on life,values and world. Based on the teaching reform practice in the school ofinformation science and engineering of Southeast University,this paper discusses the role of professional teachers asclass teachers from the perspective of them in undergraduate education. Besides,this paper utilizes the concept of“ field”to analyze the influence of class director on class,group and individual,from the aspects of class construction,team training and personal development.
