二至柴芍散治疗甲亢伴肝损临床观察

Clinical Effect of Erzhi Chaishao Powder in Treatment with Hyperthyroid with Liver Damage

目的:观察二至柴芍散干预甲亢伴肝损的临床疗效。方法:选取甲亢伴肝损患者60例,随机分为对照组(予以甲巯咪唑联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱)和观察组(予以甲巯咪唑联合中药复方二至柴芍散)各30例,疗程均为12周,观察治疗前后两组患者中医症候积分及白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肝功能(ALT、AST、TBIL、AKP、γ-GT)、甲状腺功能(FT3、FT4、TSH)的变化。结果:观察组中医症候疗效显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗后对照组血清IL-6、ALT、AST、TBIL、AKP、γ-GT、FT3、FT4均较治疗前显著降低(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后IL-6、ALT、AST、TBIL、AKP、γ-GT、FT3、FT4均显著降低((P <0. 05)),且观察组在降低IL-10、TNF-α、ALT、AST、TBIL、AKP、γ-GT、FT3、FT4方面显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。两组患者治疗后TSH均高于治疗前(P <0. 05);结论:二至柴芍散能降低甲亢伴肝损患者的血清IL-6水平,可能与抗炎、调节炎性因子表达有关。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of Erzhi Chaishao Power in the treatment of patients with hyperthyroid liver damage complicated by macroangiopathy. Methods：A total of 60 hyperthyroid liver damage patients with macroangiopathy were enrolled and randomly divided into control group （treated with methimazole and phosphatidylcholine）and observation group （treated with Erzhi Chaishao Power combined with methimazole. The couese of treatment was 12 weeks for both groups o Results：After treatment, the observation group had a significantly better TCM syndrome outcome than the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ） . In addition, the control group had significantly decreased IL- 6、ALT、AST、TBIL、AKP、γ-GT、FT3 and FT4 levels after treatment（P 〈0.01 ） ,and the observation group had significantly decreased IL - 6、ALT、AST、TBIL、AKP、γ- GT、FT3 and FF4 levels after treatment（P 〈 0.01 ）, the observation group had significantly higher decreases in IL - 6.ALT、AST、TBIL、AKP、γ- GT、FT3 and FT4 levels than the control group（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ：The action mechanism of Erzhi Chaishao Power in treating patients with hyperthyroid liver damage maybe related to its anti - inflammatory and inflammatory cykotine -regulating effects.
