近10年药枕疗法治疗颈椎病的研究进展

The Research Progress in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis in the Past 10 Years

对近10年来药枕疗法治疗颈椎病的临床研究概况,整理2008～2018年相关文献,从临床治疗三型常见颈椎病(颈型、神经根型、椎动脉型)的效果进行阐述,提出现代药枕疗法已经从单纯药与枕的联合,逐渐发展成为融合多种辅助技术的多元化治疗手段,在治疗效果上不断进步。但药枕疗法在颈椎病治疗的深度及广度方面仍然欠缺,需要不断探究完善。

To summarize the treatment of cervical spondylosis of drug pillow in nearly 10 years. Modern drug pillow therapy has shifted from a pure combine of medicine and pillow, gradually developed into a diversified integration of a variety of assistive technology treatment, progress on the treatment effect by relevant literature from 2008 to 2018 in the the effect of clinical treatment of three common cervical spondylosis （neck, nerve root, vertebral artery type） . However, the depth and breadth of the treatment of cervical spondylosis were still deficient and need to be explored and perfected.
