非糜烂性胃食管反流病(NERD)是消化系统常见疾病之一,近年来其发病率、复发率升高,严重影响患者的生活质量。目前NERD的西医治疗以缓解临床症状为主,但治疗方式单一,治疗周期长,患者依从性差。中医经方辩治本病在减轻典型症状、降低复发率、改善患者生活质量、减少副作用等方面具有较好的临床效果和治疗优势,值得进一步推广。

Non - erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease （NERD） is one of the common diseases of digestive system. Recent years, the incidence ,recurrence rate and refractory rate are increasing year by year, which seriously affect the life quality of patients. At present, the western medicine treatment of NERD mainly relieves the clinical symptoms, but the treatment method is single, the treatment cycle is long, and the patient＇s compliance is poor. TCM meridian and dialectical treatment of this disease has better clinical effect and treatment advantages in alleviating typical symptoms, reducing recurrence rate, improving the quality of life of patients, reducing side effects and so on. It is worthy of further promotion.
