石墨烯/炭黑/三元乙丙橡胶复合材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用硅烷偶联剂KH570改性氧化石墨烯,并还原制备石墨烯。用机械共混的方法制备石墨烯/炭黑/三元乙丙橡胶复合材料,研究了石墨烯/炭黑/三元乙丙橡胶复合材料的硫化性能、力学性能、磨耗性能以及复合材料的微观结构。结果表明,随着石墨烯的添加量的增加,复合材料拉伸强度逐渐提高,当添加量为1. 5 phr时,拉伸强度的数值达到最高,为21. 3 MPa,提高了约29%。而扯断伸长率则呈相反趋势。 Firstly,the modified graphene oxide(MGO) was prepared by treating graphene oxide with KH570.The Graphene(GE)/ Carbon Black(CB)/natural EPDM composites were prepared by mechanical mixing method. Properties of GE /CB/EPDM composites in mechanical properties, thermal conductivity and abrasion resistance were investigated and compared with the properties of CB/EPDM composites. The microstructure properties of GE /CB/EPDM were characterized by SEM. The results showed that with the increase of the amount of graphene, the tensile strength of the composites gradually increased. When the added amount was 1.5 phr, the tensile strength reached the highest value, which was 21.3 MPa, increased by 29%. The elongation at break showed the opposite trend.
