摘要
本文对影响海洋沉积物中镉元素测定的原子吸收光谱法的测量结果的影响因素进行了分析,根据标准方法的检测流程进行试验,并识别不确定度的来源,并逐一计算不同来源的不确定度,并根据函数得出海洋沉积物中镉元素测定的原子吸收光谱法的扩展不确定度。为类似的不确定度评定提供了参考。
The uncertainty for determination of Cadmium in Marine sediments by atomic absorption spectrum wasanalyzed. According to the method, the sources of the uncertainty was identified, while the model of calculation wasestablished. The extension uncertainty of the method was obtained by the function. A template for uncertain analysiswas provided.
