摘要
建立了一种快速、准确、灵敏的电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定他喷他多中痕量重金属残留钯(Pd)含量的方法。样品通过微波消解消化完全后,于150℃条件下赶酸并定容,以元素铟(In)为内标,采用在线加入内标的方法,测定试液中Pd的浓度,外标法定量。结果表明,在浓度为1~20μg/L的范围内,Pd的标准曲线具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0. 999 8,方法检出限为2. 5μg/kg,加标回收率介于90%~110%之间,重复实验的相对标准偏差低于5%。该方法简便易行,灵敏度高,准确性好,已成功应用于他喷他多中Pd含量的测定。
Palladium determined was based on inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP - MS). Thesample was prepared via microwave digestion, then evaporating acid and diluting constant volume. The sample wasdetermined by ICP - MS with indium as internal standard and quantified by external standard method. The methodshowed good linearity in a range of 1 to 20 μg / L (r = 0. 999 8). The detection limit was 2. 5 μg / kg and the relativestandard deviation was below 5%. The recovery of standard addition varied from around 90% ~ 110%. The proposedmethod is simple, accurate and efficient and has been applied successfully in the determination of palladium intapentadol.
