大株红景天注射剂和瓜蒌皮注射剂治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病稳定型心绞痛的最小成本比较分析

Cost-Minimization Analysis of Dazhu Hongjingtian Injection and Gualoupi Injection in the Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的比较大株红景天注射剂与瓜蒌皮注射剂治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)稳定型心绞痛的成本差异。方法选取医院2016年11月至2017年11月收治的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者82例,按随机数字表法分为大株红景天注射剂组(A组)和瓜蒌皮注射剂组(B组),各41例。比较两组临床疗效和不良反应,并分析最小成本。结果 A组和B组的患者总有效率分别为97. 56%和95. 12%,无明显差异(P=0. 797> 0. 05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P=0. 556> 0. 05); A组药物成本为3 392. 67元、检查及治疗成本为1 134. 76元、住院成本为1 789. 35元,总成本为6 316. 78元,B组药物成本为6 870. 93元、检查及治疗成本为973. 28元、住院成本为1 562. 31元,总成本为9 406. 52元。A组总成本显著低于B组(P <0. 05);敏感度分析和最小成本分析,A组优于B组(P <0. 05)。结论大株红景天注射剂治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的成本较瓜蒌皮注射剂低,用药经济性更好,临床可根据患者实际情况用药。

Objective To compare the cost of Dazhu Hongjingtian Injection and Gualoupi Injection in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of corunary heart disease. Methods Totally 82 patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into Dazhu Hongjingtian Injection group（group A） and Gualoupi Injection group（group B）,41 cases in each group. The clinical eft）ct and the incidence of adverse drug reactions（ADRs） were compared between two groups, and cost- minimum was analyzed. Results The total effective rate of group A and group B were 97.56% and 95. 12%, there was no significant difference between the two groups（P=0.797 〉 0.05）.There was no significant dift）rence in the incidence rate of ADRs between the two groups（P =0. 556 〉 0.05）. In group A, the drug cost was 3 392. 67 Yuan, the cost of exami- nation and treatment was 1 134. 76 Yuan, the cost of hospitalization was 1 789.35 Yuan, the total cost was 6 316.78 Yuan. In group B, the drug cost was 6 870. 93 Yuan, the cost of examination and treatment was 973.28 Yuan, the cost of hospitalization was 1 562.31 Yuan, the total cost was 9 406.52 Yuan, the total cost of group A were significantly less than that of group B（P 〈 0.05）. Sensitivity analysis and cost-minimum analysis showed that group A was better than group B（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The cost of Dazhu Hongjingtian Injection is lower and more economical than that of Gualoupi Injection in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. The drugs should be chosen according to disease conditions of the patients.
