摘要
该文介绍了一款中子发生器产品研发过程中的可靠性指标分配。工业中子发生器需要在工业环境下长期而连续工作,其可靠性指标对整个系统尤为重要。为保证可靠性设计工作的顺利开展,在产品方案设计阶段,根据产品的可靠性要求,对中子发生器各个部件进行可靠性指标分配。
This paper introduce the reliability index assignment for industrial neutron Generator.The reliability index is very important for the neuron generator system because the industrial neutron generator needs to work in the industrial environment for a long time.To ensure the smooth progress of reliability design work,according to the reliability requirements of the products, the reliability index distribution of each component of the neutron generator is allocated at the stage of product conceptual design.
